Math 20-2 Staffroom -- A Safe Place to Share and Reflect

Second Semester Task

My task this second semester to is go through the notebook lessons and the AFL's posted to see if there are any changes that need to be made to make it a better resource. The first semester for me was a busy one, therefore, I know changes need to be made.

Is there anyone out there that is willing to take a lesson for Unit 1 do the following:

1. Review the Notebook Lesson.

2. Check the AFL's assigned to the students to see if they are a good match to the outcomes.

3. Help in the process of creating good assessment of learning questions to put together an exam or assignment for the chapter.

Hi Candace,

I am teaching the course for the first time this semester, but I am starting with unit 2. So I could do the 3 steps above, unless you have other plans for this unit?

I have volunteers for Units 1 - 2 and potentially one for 3. Are there more people out there willing to focus on a unit and provide feedback on the lessons, the AFL questions selected and maybe work together on one assessment of learning piece to post here?
