i have taught both these courses for the last 2 years and find that students struggle with writing proofs, quadratic functions/equations and radicals to an extent. At the same time, they are more confident with angles/parallel lines, proportional reasoning and statistics.  For 30-2, the outcomes are certainly more challenging and we have students using it to go into 30-1 When they have found 20-1 challenging and need a 30-1 for post secondary.
