Not sure how to post this idea so I thought I'd send it your way.  My kids are getting confused with what And & Or mean and I just came up with a great demonstration.  I'm literally painting a big red circle and a big red circle in a Venn formation.  Then "What is painted red or blue?"  and "What is painted red and blue?"  I'm pretty sure this is going to blow minds....
