I am following along in the book and I noticed that some of the radicals that need to be solved include a quadratic function. Should we be doing Radicals after Quadratics? Thoughts?

I am just finishing the radicals unit and I have come across the same issue in the absolute value book. Instead of pushing the point in the radicals unit, I am going to hold off for now and re-introduce the radicals when doing quadratic functions.

Next year I will probably do Quadratics before radicals.

Chris.

It is a catch 22 though. In order to do some quadratics you need radicals. Now that I have had some time to think about it, I am not sure if quadratics before radicals is a great idea. UGH!!!!!
